At PAUME, we want you to love your hand care routine; if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your gently used or unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
